Projects, Projects....


I have had a number of projects lingering over my head.  I would get them started and then something else would lure me, then another project would come about.

I made myself put the new ideas on pause to finish a couple of projects.


A year ago my in-laws gave us a mantle as a house warming gift.  I was so happy to have something to put above our fireplace.  It took a year to get it painted and placed. Yeah!!



Toy box.  I found this at DI for $15.  I thought it would make a great toy storage.  It is a really dark brown, but hard to tell by the pictures.

Some of the other projects on the list, hopefully I will get to them this week:
-New carpet and paint at the rental.... let's get this baby rented!! Anyone looking for a 3bed 2 bath in West Boise??
-Sewing some new diaper covers, from a jacket.  I will have to post about this one, it is my latest experiment with the cloth diapering fun.

Your mantle looks terrific. And the toy storage looks brand new. Must be very satisfying to have both projects in use.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
